Shipping

Processing Times
All orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1-5 business days, but delays can happen if we get a large influx of orders. You will receive a notification of shipment with a tracking number once your order is shipped out.

USA 
• USPS First Class Package - 3 business days
• USPS Parcel Select Ground - 6 business days
CANADA 
• USPS First Class Package International - 7 to 21 business days

Returns/ Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. All sales are final and can only be returned for a store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costsOnce item(s) are returned, delivered, and inspected by us you will receive a store credit, minus the original postage fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items that were the cause of postal carriers, or while in transit. If this is a concern of yours please be sure to add shipping insurance to your order via the link on the cart page at checkout. To be eligible to file a claim you must have purchased shipping insurance and you must contact us immediately after your package has been delivered, or upon discovery of loss/theft of package. For damaged items, do not discard any packaging your item/s came in, or the item itself. We will need this to proceed with the claim. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the total value minus the postage fees via a store credit gift card. 

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are estimated to ship 3-6 weeks from pre-order ending date however, the global pandemic can/may still affect production and/or shipping. All pre-order and regular items ship together at the date the pre-order items are ready for shipment. If you would like to receive your regular items sooner please purchase them separately.
