Purchasing shipping insurance ensures that your order will be protected in the instance of theft, loss, or damage to your package. To be eligible to file a claim you must contact us immediately after your packaged has been delivered, or upon discovery of loss/theft of package. For damaged items, do not discard any packaging your item/s came in, or the item itself. We will need this to proceed with the claim.
